Continually dispense chocolate directly from your ChocoVision Revolation 3Z tempering machine into moulds or onto individual pieces. The Skimmer is helpful in reducing splatter and the spread of moisture or other contaminants into your pool of chocolate, while decreasing ergonomic strain with its automation.
