Small chocolate tempering machine ideal for both amateur and professional chocolatiers. The Revolation 2B is a conventional space efficient table top tempering machine, which melts, tempers, sets, and holds 680gms of chocolate to 2/10 of a degree. A serious tool for a demanding process.
