Nut pastes are made by grinding down nuts, sometimes they have added sugar, but are made without chocolate. Add nut paste to give a delicious flavour to gelato or simply add to tempered chocolate to make your own unique pralinés to include in your ice cream. The higher the nut paste content, the richer your praliné.
The distinctive and popular flavours of hazelnut paste, almond paste, cashew paste, peanut paste and pistachio paste (amongst others that we stock) are also great to use for flavouring chocolate fillings, pastry and ice cream.
