Our fruit puree is manufactured using a flash pasteurisation process, so you can be confident that all of the natural fruit qualities and characteristics are brilliantly preserved in the delicious fruit puree. Our fruit purees are made from 90% fruit and 10% sugar and as they have no added flavour, colours or preservatives, you know you’re getting a great product.

Use these flavoursome purees to add to your ganache, as a coulis with a dessert, or as a fruit puree for cocktails. Choose from over 10 fruit flavours – from passion fruit puree, banana puree, cherry puree, apricot puree and many more, the choice is yours!
