Rolling mill for making flat sheets, RC_FLAT
The rolling mill is a system designed to eliminate all the labor normally indispensable for forming the product.
More precisely, thanks to the two cylinders that will have the task of creating a continuous “sheet” of product, the use of trays generally used to create the dough to be processed will be eliminated. The product will be extracted from the cookers and placed in pieces on normal trolley trays to be subsequently loaded into the hopper of the rolling mill which will have the task of creating the continuous “sheet” of product.
