Quadro is the new batch tempering machine for small laboratories.
The ability to heat and cool (temper) the chocolate directly in the bowl allows, even to those who can not use a continuous tempering machine, starting a quite fair production and approach to chocolate without engaging in excessive spending.
The machine ensures low consumption (thanks to the induction heating system), switching on/off electronically controlled, night cycle.
A front unloading spout allows, at the end of the process, to get the required amount of chocolate (within certain times adjusted electronically).
