The Prefamac moulding machine is an easy-to-use chocolate temperer that chocolatiers will love. This large capacity chocolate tempering machine is used for melting and tempering chocolate. Once the chocolate is tempered, moulds can then be filled using the included chocolate spout, and vibrated with the attached vibrating table.
This chocolate tempering machine is a ‘batch’ temperer, meaning a specific quantity or batch of chocolate is processed at once. This machine carefully regulates temperature changes, ensuring that the chocolate goes through the necessary temperature phases for proper tempering. Once tempered, the ‘batch’ of chocolate will need to be used up before starting a new batch.
