The Dedy 220 Moulding Machine is based on the proven and tested 220mm Dedy enrober and comes with a capacity of about 30kg chocolate.
This machine is ideal for making filled chocolates, bars and hollow figures, also for batch tempering and the day-to-day needs of confectioneries and bakeries.
Depending on what products you are making you can change the speed of the chocolate wheel to adjust the flow rate from the spout. The chocolate tank is removable for easy cleaning. The machine is fitted with a beautifully designed, practical cover which can be closed completely to keep warmth in and dust etc. out. The machine works with two very precise digital thermostats, one controls the melting of the chocolate in and the other monitors the temperature in work mode.

The Dedy Vibration Table is the perfect addition to this device.
An 220mm wide enrobing section and take-off table can be added to this machine so it becomes a full scale enrober.
