The new concept Rollermac multifunctional cookers are the evolution of the cookers created by Ariberto Romanò for the production of nougat.
These are cookers designed for the production of:

- Topping: sweet or savory
- Geléè
- Bavarian cream, panna cotta and ganache
- Caramel: sweet, salty and creme caramel
- Meringues, cream puffs and creams
and as mixers capable of mixing and maintaining the product at a constant temperature.
Thanks to their versatility, the latest generation Rollermac cookers can be used both in laboratories for small productions and in continuous cycle industrial realities for large productions.
