The compact 3-in-1 can melt and temper up to 15kg of chocolate (and hold it in temper for a couple of hours) in each of its 3 tanks and has an exit spout for each tank, at the perfect height for filling your chocolate moulds. Each tank has its own separate control panel and thermostat.
This chocolate tempering machine is a ‘batch’ temperer, meaning a specific quantity or batch of chocolate is processed at once. This machine carefully regulates temperature changes, ensuring that the chocolate goes through the necessary temperature phases for proper tempering. Once tempered, the ‘batch’ of chocolate will need to be used up before starting a new batch.
