This small footprint, easy to use, chocolate tempering machine is perfect as an entry level temperer for those who are looking to upgrade from hand-tempering. 

The compact can melt and temper up to 15kg of chocolate (and hold it in temper for a couple of hours) and has an exit spout at the perfect height for filling your chocolate moulds. 

This chocolate tempering machine is a ‘batch’ temperer, meaning a specific quantity or batch of chocolate is processed at once. This machine carefully regulates temperature changes, ensuring that the chocolate goes through the necessary temperature phases for proper tempering. Once tempered, the ‘batch’ of chocolate will need to be used up before starting a new batch.
