Dedy Batch-Temper for 65 kg with electrical cooling can be used at any location because it works without water. The stirrer is removable to facilitate thorough cleaning. The cooling machine heats and cools, so the tempering process proceeds very quickly and reliably and is controlled via three digital thermostats for an excellent result. Operating the machine in standby mode allows for example to dissolve the chocolate overnight and subsequently temper it fully automatically by switching to work mode. The drain valve is equipped with a adjustable heater. Its efficient insulation prevents loss of heat. The kettle is completely made out of stainless steel and delivered ready to plug-in. At request, it can also be equipped with rollers for mobility.
