The Dedy Melting Kettle 30 kg is entirely made out of stainless steel and perfectly suited for melting, mixing and storing chocolate, icing, or similar products. The stirrer us removable to facilitate thorough cleaning. The dissolving temperature is regulated by a digital thermostat. The heated drain valve is warmed by an adjustable heater. Its excellent insulation minimizes heat loss. The kettle is delivered ready to plug-in.
