Clima 50/100 The new Clima 50 and Clima 100 compact vertical cooling tunnels reduce the amount of floor space required by traditional horizontal cooling tunnels by virtue of a compact folded vertical design.
- Any type of chocolate product that can be produced in a standard 275x175 polycarbonate mold can be cooled in a small footprint, without sacrificing productivity.
- It is no longer necessary to have industrial sized laboratories to accommodate ten-meter-plus horizontal tunnels in order to get a good production of molded products.
- Clima vertical cooling tunnels are perfect for today's modern workshop where space is at a premium, and where high-throughput - up to 300 molds /90kg chocolate per hour, and consistent, high- quality cooling, are an absolute requirement.
