Extremely versatile machine able to combine both a praler machine and a pan in the same machine body thanks to the interchangeable bowls.
With this system it will be possible to produce any type of dragées and therefore:
- sugar covers
- caramelized sugar coatings
- chocolate coverings
- salty dried fruit covers
All with one machine. Two tanks supplied: one in copper alloy and one in stainless steel. Completely electric coating pan/praline maker, designed for all work environments where the use of gas is prohibited.
