Description

The Pann chocolate coating machine is the panning machine with steel tank made by FBM. The machine is designed to coat products with a spherical shape and light consistency with chocolate.

The rotating bowl is equipped with an inverter to optimize the confectioning of products with different weight and size.

Thanks to its small size, it is ideal for all laboratories and is completely made of stainless steel.

The ventilation unit, housed inside the structure, is equipped as standard with the management of hot or cold air, with regulation of the heating temperature.

The stainless steel pipe introduces the air directly into the pralination tank to speed up the whole process.

The bassina is managed by a dedicated electronic card for setting the usage parameters.
