Description:
Dosing and filling machine in one solution.Duplica allows, through its double head and dosing plate, to produce pralines with filling.
The machine is designed to meet needs of development kitchens that want to automate a process that typically requires long production times.
Its small dimensions, simple and adaptable use, together with sophisticated electronical touch screen control, exclusively designed by FBM, allows to produce pralines with filling in short times.
By loading polycarbonate moulds on transport belt, the machine allows to dose, at the same time, tempered chocolate and filling in line with customizable number of cavities (dimensions of moulds 275 x 175).
It needs to be feed by tempering machine or tempered chocolate.
2 heated hoppers (one for chocolate and one for filling).
Speed regulation of dosing head; transport belt;
Double brushless motors to control the movement of injecting and dosing pistons lines.
