Cooled table with forced circulation of water, equipped with carved sides for the passage of circular blades, suitable for cooling, flattening and cutting crunchy, crunchy energy bars, barley candies and similar products.
The sides will be as high as the height of the size of the product to be made.
The table can be equipped / completed with two cutting groups with circular blades whose task is to cut the product “sticks” of the desired size, longitudinally and transversely.
