High Temp Nougat Cooker W Tilt 30Kg, RC_COOK_30H +E
New generation professional cooker for small and medium-sized productions, which, thanks to a patented system of motion from below, simplifies the operator’s activities; built entirely in stainless steel for food use. At the end of processing the mixing spatula can be extracted from the tank thus facilitating the manual discharge of the product. The tank is double-walled, the resistances heat a liquid that allows the product to be processed at the desired temperature without any control by the operator. Special construction techniques give the cooker perfect stability and absence of vibrations. The machine allows the preparation of:
  • Nougat: soft or crumbly
  • Cereal bars
  • Jams and marmalades
  • Topping: sweet or savory
  • Geléè
  • Bavarian cream, panna cotta and ganache
  • Caramel: sweet, salty and creme caramel

The tilting versions allow the tank to be tilted to facilitate product unloading.
