Chocolate fridge, Everlasting CHOC GREEN 101 Upright Single Door

These chocolate fridges are specifically designed for the proper setting and storage of chocolate. An advanced electronic control system allows for the setting of both temperature and low humidity. A temperature of 12–°/18–°C and a maximum humidity of 40%-60% are the optimal conditions for the correct storage of your creations, avoiding the appearance of sugar or fat blooms on the surface and the subsequent loss of quality and taste.
