Prefamac Basic VI Chocolate Flaking Machine

The Basic VI chocolate flaking machine produces standard chocolate flakes out of 2 (2.5kg or 5kg) chocolate blocks. The flake thickness is adjustable and various lengths can be obtained with different blades.

Flaked chocolate can then be packaged and sold to customers to make their own hot chocolate with your chocolate (just add milk!). The flakes can also be used as decorations for cakes and desserts, or even just to melt and retemper and make into all sorts of chocolate creations.

The Basic VI has a processing time of approximately 10-20 minutes for 10kg of chocolate.

Always ensure your chocolate blocks are pre-warmed to at least 26°C for optimum results.
