Machine for the confectioning and covering of chocolate up to 15 kg of finished product, speaking of products with a specific weight equal to or greater than the almond.
Structure in avional aluminum and stainless steel.
Quick release of the bowl and electronic speed variator in order to speed up the processing process even more thanks to the change of the same (to polish the finished product and / or change the type / color of chocolate without first having to wash the bowl and / or pass to a second machine).
Automatic tilting of the bowl for unloading the product + removable drawer for emptying.
Hot air ventilation unit adjustable both in quantity and in temperature to speed up a possible process of “smoothing” and shine of the product. Cold air inlet system managed by refrigeration unit integrated into the machine.
Integrated automatic nebulization system with heated tank of 9kg capacity.
The sprayer can be easily removed for quick cleaning.
Easily removable tank to facilitate cleaning and interchangeable with different tanks to allow a quick color change.
