Description
FLUXO is the new wall chocolatefall of FBM. The 3 mt stainless steel wall is completely heated as the 60kg melting bowl and top counter (that re-fills the chocolate onto the bowl). Manufactured in stainless steel, the recirculation of chocolate is done by a lobe pump (with adjustable speed and reversal), and comes equipped with a protection system that only allows the pump to be turned on when the correct working temperature has been achieved and maintained long enough to ensure that the chocolate is completely melted. The main stainless steel wall is completed heated and allows the use of pure chocolate. Rear emptying system of the chocolate to simplify cleaning the machine.Technical Data
