This Chocolate tempering machine caters for the demands of confectioners and chocolatiers who work in smaller batches and whose production is measured in hundreds of kilos per week, not per day.
This continuous chocolate tempering machine is controlled by a dedicated electronic CPU and control panel allowing the user to set the working parameters and obtain a continuous tempering process. The melting bowl is electronically heated, while the tempering process is controlled via refrigerated gas in the in the screw pump – delivering fast response times, precise control, and reduced energy consumption.
The auger chocolate tempering pipe can be reversed to empty, reducing the amount of time required to restart the tempering cycle or to change chocolate.
A removable auger for cleaning is a standard feature, as is a pedal-operated electronic depositor with user-selectable time and repetitions (up to 9) for filling moulds and other uses.
An enrobing section can be added on at time of order or can be retrofitted at a later date should production needs change.
