Chocolate tempering machine controlled by a dedicated electronic CPU and control panel allowing the user to set the working parameters and obtain a continuous tempering process. The melting bowl is electronically heated, while the tempering process is controlled via refrigerated gas in the in the screw pump – delivering fast response times, precise control, and reduced energy consumption.
The auger chocolate tempering pipe can be reversed to empty, reducing the amount of time required to restart the tempering cycle or to change chocolate.
The electronic dosing device helps stop the chocolate flow with a tap of a pedal, you can select the dosing time and number of repetitions up to maximum of 9 times per pedal press.
