This machine is the result of years of experience in the area of small and bigger moulding machines.

BACK version = operation panel at the back side

With the chocolate wheels at the side of the customer. It is possible to add nuts to the chocolate. The operation panel is then at the back side of the machine, where the seller is.

FRONT version = operation panel at the front side

Same function as for the simple Compact machine, but smaller total length. The operation panel is then at the front side of the machine, where also the chocolate wheels are.

HIGHLIGHTS:

CONSTRUCTION:

• Stainless steel frame, melting tanks and distribution trays
• Machine delivered on 4 small synthetic stoppers, ideal as bench-top model.
• Food quality approved lifting wheels, turning to the right. Easily removable for cleaning.
• Chocolate distribution trays are adjustable in height, depending on the amount of chocolate.
• Without mixing arms.
• Perforation in the rear and inbuilt blower for possible superfluous heat.
• Three Omron thermostats with double display for requested and actual temperature. With 3 extra mechanical security thermostats at the underside of the machine.
• 3 M-heating of each 500 Watt under the isolated chocolate tanks.
• Heating controlled by a highly accurate digital Omron thermostat with PT100 sensor by means of a field-break switch.
• Lifting wheels are driven by 3 mono phase motor reducers 90 Watt, with built-in security.
• All controls on the outside are easily accessible. For the BACK version this is at the back side of the machine, for the FRONT version this is at the front side of the machine.
• Equipped with legally required emergency stop valve and restarter (reset).
• Electrical switchboard at the inside of the machine, installed on 3 aluminium panels.
