Rolling Eggs for spring and Easter

It’s time to welcome brighter days and new beginnings with spring and Easter-themed chocolates!

Pre-designed chocolate transfer sheets provide a super simple way of theming your chocolates.

There are different methods of using transfer sheets for chocolates, but, for the best results:

1. Cut your Rolling Eggs transfer sheet down to size and place it, shiny-side-down, into a magnetic mould.
2. Pour in your chocolate, then shake to fill the mould and tap against your worktop to eliminate bubbles.
3. Set in the fridge and then, once set, tap out your chocolates ready for bagging and selling.
