The metal base sheet adheres strongly to the mould with magnets, so you can pour your chocolate into the mould without worrying about leaks. You can also cut a transfer sheet to size and place it on the metal sheet before attaching it to the mould – it will stay in place as you pour your chocolate. When the chocolate is set, simply pop the metal sheet off and you will be left with beautifully shiny chocolate shapes.
