Stencil mats are easy to use to create your own chocolate plaquettes. By changing the transfer sheet used with the mat, you can have decorative plaquettes with a different design every time! To use, scrape tempered chocolate over the mat, allow to semi-set, then remove the mat and leave the plaquettes to fully crystallise. The mats are washable and re-usable.
