For spreading and levelling – when adjustability is key

This raplette is a nifty tool for spreading and levelling biscuit and cake mix or dough, as well as thicker ganaches (i.e., to be used in layering). Adjust the back bar to the height of your desired layer thickness. Adjust the sides to the desired width. Then drag the raplette along the surface, and your preparation will feed underneath, spreading evenly. This raplette is made from stainless steel. The maximum spreading width is 40cm and the thickness is variable from 0.1 to 1.8cm.
