For consistent weight and height layers

Introducing a kit of frames for creating one or multiple layers of cremini, ganache, biscuits or fruit jellies, with a consistent height and weight every time.
Stack your frames to the desired height, pour your preparation in, use the included scraper to level, and you’re done!

The kit includes:
2 x frames 3mm thick
2 x frames 5mm thick
1 x plastic spatula
A polyethylene base measuring 43 x 40cm

The internal size of each of the frames is 36 x 36cm.

Once your layers are set, you can transfer them to a guitar cutter to be cut into even squares. You can find those here.
