Texture sheets are a great innovation that enable you to create a textured finish on your chocolates! They can be used in the same way as conventional transfer sheets, but are re-usable. You can use them as they are, or spray with colours or brush on shimmer powders before you add the chocolate. You can even pour chocolate onto them to make textured shards!
