These fruit purees are ideal for making fruit ganache, ice creams, desserts , patisserie as well as cocktail making, brewing etc. They contain 90% fruit and 10% sugar and are all 100% natural products with no added colours, flavours or preservatives. They have a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture. They can be stored at room temperature (25c) unopened, as long as the temperature is not too high for too long.
