Callebaut gold chocolate powder is made with real callebaut gold chocolate and can be used to make both hot and cold caramel drinks.
To make a hot chocolate, simply mix 35g of powder with 200ml milk and heat to 70C.
To make a cold caramel chocolate – mix 50ml of your chosen milk with 35g Gold Van Houten powder and mix to a paste. Add 100ml cold milk and mix at high speed for 15 seconds.
