Transfer sheets enable you to transfer a design directly onto chocolate, so you can easily create fantastic designs on your pralines, patisserie, or gateaux. You can even use them on marzipan – just brush over tempered cocoa butter first. Use different designs to identify different flavour chocolates, or just to make them look stunning!
