Strawberry fruit puree

These fruit purees are ideal for making fruit ganache, ice creams, desserts , patisserie as well as cocktail making, brewing etc. They contain 90% fruit and 10% sugar and are all 100% natural products with no added colours, flavours or preservatives. They have a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture. They can be stored at room temperature (25c) unopened, as long as the temperature is not too high for too long. Once opened, they have a shelf life of 3 days if kept refrigerated and up to 3 months if frozen into ice cube trays etc. Using a carefully monitored flash-pasteurisation process to preserve all the natural fruit characteristics and qualities in the finished product, Ravifruit ambient fruit purees are widely recognised as the number one product worldwide, due to their consistently excellent quality.
