This is a water soluble product. Use these flavourings to increase the top notes of the dish whilst preserving the texture of the natural product. Flavour drops are highly versatile.
Oil or water based? The vast majority of products you create will have both oil and water in them, so you can use either the oil or water-soluble option for products such as ganache, fudge, bakery, patisserie and ice cream/gelato. Use oils where there is no water content, for example to flavour tempered chocolate. Use the water-based flavours where there is no oil or fat content, e.g. jellies. sorbets. etc.
1-2ml will flavour 1L of base liquid.
