Colac flavour pastes are the perfect solution to your search for fresh, true tasting products to flavour your gelato or chocolate ganache. These pastes work perfectly with gelato and ice cream and any base mix. When using in ganache, use a dosage of 10-15% paste in chocolate ganache, but you can alter this according to preferred intensity and the amount of chocolate.
