With us you can buy bulk marzipan made using 44% premium almonds, this is a very superior marzipan! Less sweet than its counterparts, it pairs beautifully with sharp and sweet flavours. Try using it as a layer in chocolates, or pairing it with dark chocolate or tropical flavours such as mango or passion fruit. It can be cut, enrobed or rolled.
