Crema W2 is made with Callebaut Iconic W2 white chocolate used around the world by Chocolatiers, Bakers and Pâtissiers.

Crema W2 is a quality post bake cream and is made with the best ingredients giving subtle vanilla notes. Its stable texture makes for a rich & pleasing mouthfeel your customers will love.

Gluten-free with no added colours or artificial flavourings.

As with all the other Post Bake Cremas this is perfect for piping to inject into your baked creations but can also be used to give a shiny, glossy finish when used as a topping.

Crema W2 is best stored and used at room temperature (15-20 °C)
