Stewart & Arnold has been making chocolate, specifically designed for the British palate, for over 70 years.

In 1945, Businessman, William Stewart, and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chemistry, Dr Arnold Spicer, set out to craft a chocolate that was perfectly tailored to the British taste. They opened their first chocolate factory in the small town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, and the rest is history.

Now residing in the historic town of Banbury, the Cotswolds, Stewart & Arnold use a seductive blend of Barry Callebaut cocoa, and localised fresh milk to produce sinfully smooth British made chocolate.

What does a British chocolate taste like?

This 55% dark chocolate is made up of 56.9% min cocoa solids, premium fresh milk from UK farmers, and sunflower lecithin, creating a richly rounded, seductively smooth flavour. This well-balanced blend is at once velvety and bittersweet, with notes of fruit and vanilla in perfect harmony with the roasted cocoa body.

Not only is it deliciously indulgent, but it’s also a dream to work with. This British made chocolate is of standard fluidity, and can be used for a range of applications, including coating truffles, enrobing cake-pops, drizzling over desserts, and moulding into chocolate shells.
