These milk chocolate chips are 40.5% cocoa revealing a strongly pronounced cocoa taste and a touch of acidity. These chocolate callets has a hazelnut aroma and a note of caramel offset by a mildly sweet fruitiness which will enhance the flavours of Cointreau and orange blossom, porcini, saffron, coffee and walnuts (Forastero and Trinitario beans).
