Introducing Luker Chocolate’s brilliant White Choco Oat M!lk, our first vegan white chocolate – and it’s a real winner! Creamy and gluten-free, Oat M!lk chocolates by Luker Chocolate are made from Fino de Aroma cacao and crafted at origin in Colombia.

These vegan white chocolate drops are:

  • Plant-based and vegan, made with gluten-free oat milk
  • Made with sunflower lecithin – no soya ·
  • Beautifully smooth and creamy in texture – no gritty mouthfeel!

This chocolate couverture uses undeodorised cocoa butter, so it tastes particularly chocolatey, isn’t too sweet, and has all of the flavour of a special, single origin chocolate.

How do I use this vegan white chocolate?

  • 3/5 drops fluidity – suitable for all applications
  • Perfect for moulding, dipping, desserts and all other chocolate applications
  • Ideal for enjoying on its own, or for pairing with vanilla and caramel-based flavours.

These Oat M!lk chocolates temper in the same way as any other chocolate – if using in a tempering tank, heat it to 45C and then seed down to 29-31C. Luker’s vegan white chocolate is in button form, so it’s easy to melt.
