Callebaut Dark Chocolate Couverture with Sweetener 5kg bar

Dark chocolate ingredients without added sugar are produced in the same way as traditional chocolates, except for the sugar which has been replaced by maltitol. These dark chocolate callets are lower in calories and the claim ‘without added sugar’ is allowed. The taste of the chocolate is almost identical.
