Callebaut Dark Chocolate Chips Couverture 811 – 2.5kg

Callebaut 811 dark chocolate is a popular, well-balanced, chocolate couverture with a subtle vanilla note and a consistent, smooth cocoa flavour.

We also have a 10kg Fairtrade certified option for this grade of Callebaut dark chocolate ingerdients (Code: SCC685).

These dark chocolate callets can also be used to make a deeply intense hot chocolate drink: mix 17.5g with 100g of hot milk. Melt the callets with approximately 1/3 of the hot milk, when fully melted add the rest of your milk and mix well.
