These may be small chocolate baking drops, yet they overwhelm with intense chocolate taste. They're perfect for your fine biscuits, rolls and miniature rolls. Our chefs recommend using these dropsfor sponges and bakery items that require a short baking time. It prevents the drops from melting away during baking and maintainstheir snappy bite after cooling. With their special recipe – which contains less cocoa butter – these chocolate chips easily resist oven temperatures up to 200°C without burning. Always add the drops at the end of the kneading process and mix them in very briefly. This way, you'll keep the drops from colouring the dough and from melting.
