With 60% caramel chocolate, awarm golden caramel colour and an intense caramel chocolate taste with biscuity, butterscotch notes and a dash of sea salt to deepen the taste. Gluten free.
For preparation, just add 2.4kg milk to yield 1 x vaschetta 4kg of gelato.
