Made with 70% Belgian white chocolate and with a white creamy colour and a lovely creamy white chocolate taste with sweet hints of caramel.

For preparation just use 1 x bag ChocoBase with 2.4kg milk for a yield of 4kg gelato.

Variegate your gelato with flavour pastes, fruit juices and inclusions.
