The Revolation 1
ChocoVision's simplest tabletop temperer designed to be as simple as
possible and still produce foolproof, perfectly tempered chocolate.
The Revolation 2 is a space-efficient tabletop-tempering machine, with all the extra features for the professional Chocolatier. Digital display presents temperature data in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Melts, tempers, and holds up to 1.5 Lbs. of chocolate within 2/10ths of a degree, all in about thirty minutes.
Revolation X 3210 Version 5.6 is the solution for production facilities--built with stainless steel construction and state-of-the-art design and technology. Digital display presents temperature data in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Our acclaimed microprocessor control card ensures tempering and holding chocolate to within 2/10th of a degree. A deceptively space-efficient machine, the Revolation X 3210 can melt and temper a minimum of 1.36 kg, and a maximum of 4.5 kg of chocolate in about an hour, in so simple a manner that a novice can produce the same breathtaking results as a seasoned chocolatier.
New Version 5.6 Software - Additional heat sensor guards against overheating of the system and overloading in the event of the chocolate setting in the bowl. Heater On Only-Once a chocolate type is selected, the HEATER will be activated without rotation of the bowl for a 30-minute countdown. Afterwards, the bowl sets into its normal rotation. Customized Heat Control-In order to better control the chocolate's viscosity, the temperature can now be adjusted past 32°C in READY MODE.
