Savage has introduced a Table-Top Cooker, ideal for the “just in time” production within candy, pastery and even coffee shops. The odor of freshly made fudge, caramel, and creams fill your customer’s noses as you make high quality product, on an as needed basis.The Table-Top Cooker is an electrically heated stainless steel kettle, capable of cooking up to 25lb / 12kg batches, depending on the recipe. With its unique control of both batch and kettle skin temperature and the ability to quickly stop the cook, you can replicate batch after batch of excellent product.
FEATURES
- All stainless steel construction
- 3 KW heating plate inside kettle cylinder
- Spring-loaded agitator, easily removed for cleaning without tools
- Kettle can be tilted and locked for enhanced mixing action while cooking
- DUAL digital temperature controllers to monitor batch AND kettle skin temperature . . . no more overcooking or burning!
- Alarm to signal temperature set-point approaching
- Connect to a cool water source (sink faucet) and quickly stop the cook by flowing water directly through the heating element and flushing away the heat
